Registration

Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

Payment instructions are sent by email after filling in the registration form. As some manual processing is required, this could take a few working days.

*To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status. Student registrations do not include the conference dinner.

** Program committee members and participants from universities members of CRUE are entitled to the reduced registration fee.

The conference registration fee covers:

  • Conference kit
  • Conference USB proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference dinner (except student registrations)
  • Social events

For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (April 21, 2015) and attend the conference to present the paper.

Full papers length must be between 4 and 8 pages (A4 size), incorporating all text, references, figures and tables. Up to 2 extra pages are permitted with additional costs (50 € per additional page).

Posters and short papers length must be between 4 and 6 pages (A4 size), incorporating all text, references, figures and tables. Up to 1 extra page is permitted with additional costs (50 €).

Each registration covers the publication of one paper. Extra paper fees are 150 € per paper.

Cancellations made on or before May 24, 2015 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after May 24, 2015 will receive no refund.
